Food & Beverage Staff
All Food and Beverage staff are ultimately responsible for providing timely, accurate and friendly service to customers at all times. Some of the duties for this position include: greeting guests at their tables promptly upon arrival. Taking orders and relay it to kitchen or bar staff as appropriate. Ensure company standards are adhered to at all times. Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests in a polite, professional and timely manner. Keep abreast of menu and any promotions. Accept customer payment using proper company procedure.
Ability to communicate well and understand the English language to a high standard. Have a good knowledge of food and beverage products and possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register. Previous experience is preferable but not essential. Also applicants from those with previous experience of silver service would be particularly welcome.
Shifts will be across the morning, afternoon and evening depending on business needs.

Housekeeper
As a Housekeeper you would be responsible for ensuring a Hotel guests stay is as pleasant as possible by preparing guests rooms and keeping their room clean, tidy and stocked with items. You would also be responsible for ensuring guests privacy and attending to any special requests. Some duties include: preparing guests rooms by changing the bed linen & towels, making the beds, emptying bins, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms & toilets, clean glasses & mirrors, replenish stocks of guests supplies, tally items used in mini bar, ensure all areas are odour free, report any repairs requires, report any incidents or accidents, cater for special requests such as extra pillows, prepare dirty laundry and clean laundry for distribution. This is a guideline of some of the duties for this role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
No qualification or experience is necessary.
